On site Service Prices
Basic service call for general repair, $75 +parts for the first hour, then additional time billed by the quarter hour.
In Shop Service Prices
When we pickup your computer for in shop service the rate is $58 Per hour, 1/2 hour minimum then billed by the quarter hour.
There is a $15 pickup-delivery fee
For $10 we will hook your computer up when delivered.
Home Service Plan
We have a service plan at $9.95 per month per computer, with that we do the following:
1. We will log in at least once a month at a scheduled time and
do preventive maintance and updates which is 65 cents per minute.
2. Tech Support calls are billed at 65 cents a minute.
3. Our service call and shop hourly rates are reduced 30% with the payment plan. (This does not include pickup and delivery fees.)
Business Service Plan
Our Business Service Plan at $39.95 per month.
For that we will log in at least once a month at a scheduled time

This also gives you easy access to your computer from any web browser.
Ongoing monitoring of your mission critical computers/servers can be done for
as little as $9.00 a month plus a $55 annual set up fee.
We monitor for up time, memory usage, hard drive space, cpu usage and much more.
Computer Restore
Complete Computer System Restore, customer provided software, $100.00.
Includes Pickup and delivery fee.
Computer Training
Computer tutoring is billed at $40 per hour in your home/office. 1 hour minimum then billed at quarter hour increments.
Web Design
For design of a basic web site we charge a $200 design fee then $135 per page
to include text, 2 graphics and 2 hyper links provided by you.
Additional web page work is billed at $35 per hour.
Site Map Design for search engines, $35. Includes sitemap.html and sitemap.xml. Modifications, $10 minimum each.
